Molded Insulator is a shaped heat insulator that is made from "pitch-based carbon fiber" as the base material impregnated with resin of high carbonization rate. This insulator is moulded into shapes according to customers’ requirements with curing, carbonizing, and graphitizing process.

Molded Insulator is used in various industrial furnaces like Crystal growth furnaces for silicon, Sintering furnaces for carbon, ceramics, Brazing furnaces for silver, copper, nickel, and various Vacuum evaporation furnaces for aluminum, etc.
