1) DIAMOND TOOL SINTERING APPLICATION:

We are one of the most preferred graphite vendors for the Diamond Tool Sintering Application in India. We can offer fully machined graphite plates (straight, taper – one side & both sides, curvature), Moulds, Rings and Pins for Wire Saw Dies, Electrodes, etc. All these items can be machined as per the customer’s drawings and within tight tolerances. The most commonly used and successful grades for this application are ISEM–8, ISO–68 and IG–70.

2) CONTINUOUS CASTING OF NON-FERROUS METALS :

The Isotropic Graphite grades offered by us are widely approved and used by the leading non-ferrous continuous casting manufacturers in India. We can offer fully machined Die Sets for Strip Casting as well as Dies for casting of Wires, Rods and Pipes. The most successful grades for this application are IG–11, IG–70, IG-43 and IG–15. To achieve optimum results, appropriate grade selection is necessary, which is based on the alloy / metal to be cast.

3) CRUCIBLES FOR MELTING OF PRECIOUS METALS :

We offer Isotropic graphite crucibles and stirrer, machined as per your drawings / samples, which are suitable for melting of precious metals like Gold. Our most suitable grades for this application are IG-11 and IG-70



4) OPTIC FIBRE MANUFACTURING :

We offer various machined components like Susceptor, Muffle Tube, Heater, etc. made from normal and purified graphite grades for use in the Optic Fibre manufacturing process. Most of the leading Optic Fibre manufacturers in India are our customers
